Brian Woods is a founder and Managing Partner at Rockwood Capital and has over 20 years national and international experience at senior management level. During this period he has held Board positions in both US and European companies. Brian also has extensive international sales and marketing experience for a major Irish food company. Immediately prior to founding Rockwood Capital, Brian was Managing Director of Nypro Ireland and was responsible for Nypro's two Irish facilities employing 750 people with an annual turnover of 60 million euros.
In Rockwood Brian is responsible for Business Development, sourcing and managing the company's investments and has sat on the Boards of Investee companies.
Brian speaks fluent French and holds a B. Sc. in Management from Trinity College Dublin, MMII and an ACCA Dip. in Financial Management.
Peter Woods is a founder and Partner in Rockwood Capital and has over 10 years experience in Corporate Finance and Financial Investment. Peter was previously an Associate Director of a boutique corporate finance house in Dublin specialising in raising finance from the US Capital Markets. In recent years, Peter has also been involved in raising finance for Rockwood Capital and has sourced and executed investments on behalf of Rockwood with a particular emphasis on investments in the new Accession States and Continental Europe.
Peter is responsible for structuring and executing investments for Rockwood Capital. Peter has been involved in managing the company's investments and sat on the Boards of several Investee companies.
Peter holds a B. Comm and an M.B.S. in Banking and Finance from University College Dublin.
